Jesus calls us to be like seasoning, which brings out the best flavour in food instead of being too much like the world around us. “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?” (Matthew 5: 13)
These meetings are open to all comers and are usually held on the first Wednesday of each month from 7.00pm to 8.30pm at the New Rectory in
Cowley (post code for sat/nav:“GL53 9NJ”).
We start with a 10-minute Bible-based presentation to generate some discussion about how to live out our faith in the complexities of the modern world. Our meetings open and close in prayer. At some point we will conduct a review and make changes according to the needs of the regular participants. Further details are available from the Revd Arthur Champion: 01242 870402.
