In addition there are a number of licenced worship leaders who have completed the diocesan training and are licensed to lead non-eucharistic services across the benefice. The training was designed to equip them to lead public worship in a church, covering such topics as:
- How the Anglican liturgy works
- The place of music in worship
- The importance of All Age worship
- How to structure and deliver a short Bible talk
- Working as a team
