Any money donated to the additional collections taken in our Churches on Sundays 6th and 13th March will be sent to the Salvation Army. The SA already have people on the ground in the Ukraine and also in surrounding countries which are taking in huge numbers of refugees: Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania and even amongst displaced people in Russia.
Other immediate-term requirements are for: blankets, sleeping bags, bedding; candles, torches, batteries; Paracetamol and Calpol as well as nappies; sanitary products; dressings; thermal clothing; shoes (good condition). NOT children's toys.
