Cowley's Platinum Jubilee Village Fete

Please make a note in your diary of the date of Cowley's special Platinum Jubilee fete this year - Saturday 4th June - with all proceeds from the occasion going towards the upkeep of St Mary's Church.

Elkstone's Open Gardens will again be taking place this year on Sunday 19th June. It's a lovely afternoon out for all the family, so do come along and enjoy what the village has to offer.


Choir Open Evening

The Churn Valley Community Choir invites you to join them in March for a relaxed evening in North Cerney Village Hall, where they hold their weekly rehearsals.


URGENT call to 'Love Ukraine this Lent'

There will be additional collections in Churches in the CVB this Sunday and next (6th and 13th March) for the people of the Ukraine.

The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell have condemned the Russian attack on Ukraine as “an act of great evil”. They are supporting a global day of prayer and fasting for peace on Ash Wednesday - 2nd March.
